the location was acceptable as it was close to transport links.
my shower had a dangerous design. the shower door made it hard to enter and exit without stepping on slippery tiles. i almost fell, which could have led to injury.. also, there was no hot water , and i did not receive a discount for this major inconvenience.

the staff was helpful.
The bathroom lacked proper cleaning, i noticed a spider and cobwebs. also, there was no daily room service. They only emptied the trash, quite disappointing i must say. the location wasn't ideal as it was quite far from the city center

The location was acceptable. It was about a 20-minute walk to the city center.
my superior double room WASN'T so superior. the fridge had no complimentary goodies, a REAL disappointment. the breakfast was a mess, no staff to help, and some items were not working correctly.

my family room was spacious, and i have stayed here before. the room was a very good size and cleaned thoroughly. the location was great for visiting city attractions. i found a good selection of refreshments.
the shower did not have temperature variations and almost scalded my daughter. staff didn't fix the issue .

the family room included comfortable beds and a wardrobe. bedside lamps provided ample light for reading. the room also featured blackout curtains that ensured a dark sleeping environment. it allowed restful nights.

The room was very tidy when i arrived. It looked nice. the decor was bright. i found the room comfortable and warm. i enjoyed the breakfast. It had a good selection of cereals.
the shower door was at a height from the bathroom floor. it made getting in and out difficult. it was easy to slip on the tiles.
